Rags to Riches is a virtual Limited Liability Corportation that our residency program set up to teach residents about the business side of medical practice. The ACGME requires programs to give residents timely reports on their productivity. Our spreadsheet program is a model to transfer CPT service codes services into work RVUs, expense RVUs and malpractice RVUs. Then we generate an income and expense report for each resident and for the virtual group practice: Rags to Riches LLC. The power point presentation reflects our quarterly noon conferences on productivity and business management. I hope this may be helpful to program directors looking at inovative ways to share resident productivity data with their resident classes. |
